Projects Office

The responsibilities of the Projects Office are to:

  1. Establish standards and procedures to track and measure project timeframes and progress against the established plan of the project
  2. Assist the various groups in OIT in evaluating team strengths and problem areas, and develop plans to improve performance
  3. Assist in developing the plans necessary in meeting regulatory compliance and meet those recommendations based on auditor's findings


The Director of the Projects Office is Terrence O'Brien.
