Welcome to the homepage of the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) at Marywood University. OSP provides assistance to faculty, staff, and departments in identifying sources of funding, assembling proposals, negotiating contracts, and interpreting policies, rules and restrictions. For all matters concerning sponsored grants, contracts or other project awards, OSP serves as the centralized control for Academic Affairs. Our offices are located in the Keith J. O'Neill Center for Healthy Families.
Our goal is to provide excellent administrative support to faculty in their pursuit of funding for research and scholarly activity while ensuring compliance with federal, university and private sponsor regulations, terms and conditions. Pre-Award staff helps to identify funding sources, assists in the preparation of proposal budget details, facilitates the administrative review and approval process, and reviews and negotiates contracts and agreements. Post-Award staff assists in the accounting, invoicing, fiscal management, and effort reporting for each funded project, from its beginning through to completion and final report.
This website is intended to acquaint the University community with the services available through OSP. We encourage faculty and staff to utilize our website to pursue their research interests, identify funding sources, and learn more about the proposal submission process. We look forward to working with you!
